Visit clinics under The Great Journey for early care. With the new medical plan, with 8 outpatient conditions is covered with 5% co-takaful arrangement. For medical necessary hospital admission, clinic consultation cost will be covered under pre-hospitalization benefit, for any condition

With the new medical plan embedded under The Great Journey, there is Tabarru’ discount ≥ 20%. However, if the journey is not adhered 20% co-takaful will be imposed to the total claim
Customer admitted to hospitals under The Great Journey will be entitled to the following exclusive privileges:
- Waives such as admission deposit, admission fee, ID band charges, and COVID-19 screening test.
- Priority admission for Great Eastern customers.
- Kiddo Express Programme - A smoother admission experience for chidlren.
- Discharge without having to wait for Final Guarantee Letter with minimal deposit.
- Gestures of Care upon admission such as admission gift, fruits basket, etc.
- Great Assist - Dedicated hospital support for customer during their stay.
