Hospitalisation and surgery claim at Great Eastern Takaful

Check out the step-by-step guidelines to file your medical claim. Please ensure your original bills or invoices and receipts have been obtained from your respective hospital.

Step 1: Get the following documents

For official proof and verification, we would require you to submit the following documents for the type of claim you are making.

For reimbursement on hospital and surgical claims incurred above RM500, original documents are required before payment approval. Kindly submit the relevant documents to our Head Office for our processing.
